Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

This policy describes how AnotherHQ collects, uses, and stores information when you use the site and tools. For our story, values and why we built it, see About.

1. Who we are

AnotherHQ is the site and apps behind these tools (we will call that the “Service”). It is independent fan-made software to help you plan — not the game, not the publisher. Think spreadsheets and timers leveled up, with your alliance in mind.

2. What we actually collect

Nothing exotic for a small SaaS. In practice:

  • Login basics — email, account ID, session stuff when you sign in (including Google or other providers if you use them). That is how we know which saved plans are yours.
  • What you type or upload in the tools — grids, player names, notes, calculator inputs, share links you create, etc. If it is in the app, we store it so the feature works and you do not start from zero next time. If you collaborate, only the people you share with see what you shared.
  • Pro / tips / checkout — if you pay, the card stuff stays with our payment processor; we see the usual subscription or receipt metadata, not your full card number.
  • Routine tech data — browser, device-ish signals, IP (rough location), which pages load, occasional error logs. Boring but necessary to keep the site up, fight abuse, and fix bugs.
  • If you message us — support or feedback content plus enough context to reply.

We never ask for your WOS login, API keys to the game, or access to your account on someone else's servers. Anything that looks “game-related” here is almost always something you or your R4s typed in to coordinate.

3. Why we use it

Mostly: load your saved work, run the calculators, and keep features fast and reliable. We also use it to verify it is you, bill Pro fairly if you subscribe, spot crashes, and (in aggregate) see which tools people actually use so we know what to improve. If the law requires something, we follow it.

4. Cookies and analytics

Some cookies keep you signed in. We may also use analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) to see traffic and flows — same as plenty of indie sites. You can trim cookies in your browser if you want; third-party tools follow their own policies.

5. Who else sees data

Infrastructure companies: hosting, auth, database, email, payments, analytics. They process it for us under their agreements, not to go sell your roster list.

6. If you are in the EU / UK

Quick version: we process data on grounds like running the contract with you, legitimate interest in keeping the Service safe and useful, consent where that applies, and legal duty when required.

7. How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the above — your saved events until you delete them or close your account, logs for a sensible window, billing records where the law says keep a copy. Nothing wild.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we encourage strong passwords and careful sharing of collaboration links.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age where parental consent is required in their region. If you believe we have collected information from a child inappropriately, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Third-party services and games

Our tools are independent planning aids. Game publishers and other third-party sites have their own privacy practices; this policy does not cover them. Links or integrations may leave our Service; please review those third parties’ policies before sharing information there.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example by email or in-product message).

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact us through the support options on our Pricing page (for example the support or tip flow where available), or reach out via any official contact channel we publish for AnotherHQ. Please include enough detail for us to verify and respond to your request.
